Contact form
When you submit the contact form, the name, email address, topic and message you provide are processed to deliver and respond to your inquiry. Do not submit sensitive personal information. Delivery is handled by FormSubmit, and the message is forwarded to the publication mailbox.
Purpose and retention
Contact data is used only to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, maintain correction records when relevant and protect the form from abuse. Messages are retained only as long as needed for those purposes and routine mailbox administration.
Spam protection
The form includes a hidden bot field and server-side input validation. Repeated or abusive submissions may be blocked by the delivery provider or hosting infrastructure.
